You will steward 15 to 25 live projects concurrently across software development, design, and AI automation, turning raw briefs into concrete action plans and pre-empting delays days before they could ever manifest.

While typical platforms act as passive directories and wash their hands of disputes, Pixirain assumes full ownership of delivery. Our Delivery Managers are strategic partners who protect client vision, manage specialist squads, and ensure every milestone lands cleanly.
What You'll Do & Deliver
Concrete responsibilities you will own from your first month onward:
Directly oversee 15–25 active projects, maintaining complete situational awareness of milestones, timelines, and deliverable quality.
Deconstruct ambiguous client requests into crisp, unambiguous milestone requirements with measurable acceptance criteria.
Conduct rigorous pre-delivery inspections on all client deliverables — catching bugs, visual deviations, or scope gaps before the client reviews them.
Identify scheduling risks and technical blockers early, taking proactive corrective action with specialists rather than delivering excuses.
Maintain succinct, transparent, and authoritative communication with clients, building deep trust through radical clarity.
Partner with engineering to refine platform delivery tooling, automated status notifications, and feedback loops.
What We Expect & How Success is Measured
Transparent milestone goals for your first 30, 60, and 90 days:
- 30 Days:Shadow veteran delivery leads, master the Pixirain milestone framework, and take ownership of your first 5 active project streams.
- 60 Days:Independently manage a portfolio of 15+ concurrent projects maintaining an on-time milestone delivery rate exceeding 95%.
- 90 Days:Identify systematic operational friction points, codify repeatable delivery playbooks, and consistently achieve 9.5+ client CSAT scores.
- Ongoing:Serve as an uncompromising guardian of quality — refusing to ship subpar work and inspiring specialists to execute at their highest standard.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in technical delivery management, project management, or account leadership in modern digital agencies or startups.
- A clear intuitive understanding of the difference between being 'busy', being 'late', and being genuinely 'stuck'.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex digital products on tight deadlines with high client satisfaction.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with minimal supervision.
Nice to have (bonus, not mandatory)
- Prior background having written code, designed interfaces, or run technical freelance projects yourself
- Experience managing globally distributed engineering and design talent
- Experience in SaaS implementation, marketplace operations, or consulting delivery
